When Capital One embarked to expand their 360° cafes to the San Diego market, CBRE needed a presentation showcasing their knowledge of the market and their creative marketing ingenuity. The goal was to present Capital One with boiled down and easy to digest market information that stood out against the monotonous facts sheets being presented by other firms.
They also needed to illustrate the countless resources that a Fortune 500 Real Estate Firm like CBRE brings, to the table. This was achieved through well thought-out inforgraphics, morphing dull facts sheets into engaging and digestible layouts. The use of customized illustration-based maps allowed CBRE to standout from the crowd.
Cielo Village, features shops, dining and services all clustered around a central, European-style plaza, which serves as a central gathering place and focal point within the Rancho Santa Fe, CA community. For their leasing brochure, they needed to illustrate the luxury of the surrounding homes that invited not only local businesses to move in but entice surrounding residents to come and experience all Cielo Village had to offer.
We developed an interactive proposal for the Kimco's Retail Shopping Center for Retail Insite Commercial Real Estate. There was an immediate need to showcase the property with an up-to-date,easy to navigate, attractive, interactive presentation designed to lure new businesses into the retail shopping center. We built the interactive presentation using InDesign-utilizing interactive buttons and hyperlinks and adopting bright and inviting colors to offset the less than ideal aerial photography already in place. The result produced a fun and novel design layout that displayed the creative marketing capabilities of Retail Insite.
The Connect three-poster trio set was commissioned through CBRE and aimed to demonstrate three separate messages; San Diego as being a global hub, CBRE’s expertise in creative office solutions to engage membership and the R&D market trends in the San Diego county.
Agyle is a winery based out of Willametter Valley, Oregan. Currently, their website lacks the level of sophistication the brand lends itself to. The goal of this project was to align the design and functionality of the website with the brand itself while making it a place that begs to be explored.
Taking inspiration from both Art Deco’s sharp geometrics and the elegance of Art Nouveau, the design illustrates the simple grace and luxury of the brand and the wine itself. Using the color of their Rosé for inspiration, the copper accent lends a level of glamour to the design while still maintaining the brand’s inclusiveness, from the avid wine connoisseur to the common consumer.

Luxe Skin Lounge, desired a classic salon logo to complement the already established elegance, sophistication and subtle geometric touches of the studio and décor. The versatile, classic-yet-modern look of white on black yielded the professional look our client desired to represent her business as well as herself. We kept things simple, yet professional. By customizing the script fon tfor "Luxe", dramatically modifying the capital L ,and utilizing San Serif font for "SKIN LOUNGE", we were able to achieve the logo design our client desired a calming, yet strong identity.
